How do I get my phone?
Just simply fill out our contact form, call or e-mail us letting us know the details and we will deliver and set up your phone for you.
You won’t have the worry if my phone will show up on time, we will be there with White Glove Concierge Service.
Do you ship your phone?
We prefer to not offer shipping. We want to provide a White Glove Concierge service to deliver the Audio Guest Book/Phone directly to your event, so you don’t have to worry if it will be shipped or received in time for your event, or better yet you don’t have to worry about shipping it back. What happens if it gets damaged?
Are you limited to one style of phone?
No, you are not. with our system, unlike other companies you can choose from any style analog phone. Do you like the Retro look?, how about a cool 80’s phone or a classic Mickey Mouse phone. You are unique and so can the phone you choose.
How long will my guests have to leave a message?
Each audio guest book recording will last up to 1 minute in length. As soon as the phone is hung up, it’s ready to re-record again for an additional minute.
Is it easy for guests to use?
Yes, At your event, guests just pick up the handset on Audio Guest Book phone you’ve selected, hear a personalized greeting and leave their message after the beep/tone.
Do instructions come with the telephone guest book to help guests use the phone?
Yes! We provide an accompanying sign to help guests easily use the Audio Guest Book.
Where should I put the Audio Guest Book at my venue?
As a rule of thumb…we recommend placing the Audio Guest Book in a location you could comfortably have a phone conversation. Preferably in a highly trafficked area, but not near any loud noise/music. If the phone will be in a loud area, we do offer background noise removal in the final recordings
Is there a limit on the amount of audio we can record?
No! Our Audio Guest Book has the capability to capture and record every guest message left.
Does the phone need to be connected to WIFI or a landline?
Not at all! Our phones are completely wireless and require no outside connection to work, which means they can be placed anywhere!
How do we receive the recordings?
Our production team can send you a Zip file of all your audio guest book recordings within 24 – 48 hours after your event.
