No, you are not. with our system, unlike other companies you can choose from any style analog phone. Do you like the Retro look?, how about a cool 80’s phone or a classic Mickey Mouse phone. You are unique and so can the phone you choose.

Each audio guest book recording will last up to 3 minutes in length. As soon as the phone is hung up, it will need a 5 to 10 second pause it’s then ready to re-record again for additional time up to 3 minutes per call.

For the best experience, we suggest positioning the Audio Guest Book in a spot where guests can easily engage in a phone conversation. Ideally, choose a bustling area that draws attention, but steer clear of locations with loud noise or music. If the device must be placed in a louder environment, rest assured that we provide background noise removal in the final recordings. However if the music is louder than the guest speaking, the background noise removal may not work properly.
